WHAT'S THE VISION?
A reimagined and refurbished The Belmont Cinema, reopened for the cultural and educational benefit of Aberdeen and those who live here — ensuring that an inclusive and accessible cinema / cultural space is available in our city centre for many years to come.
We want to create a venue that makes people fall in love with the cinema experience all over again.

The plan is to refurbish all areas of the building and reopen The Belmont Cinema with 3 cinema screens, basement bar space, and an education and learning suite on the top floor.

We need your support to transform The Belmont, so it can open as a vibrant focal point for the local community.
We have set a target of £3 million, but we want to exceed this target to ensure a long-term future for The Belmont by making the building more energy efficient, and deliver the very best customer experience for many years.
